What about shipping delay information? What about UPS and Fedex Deliveries? How are the large items delivered (large trampolines)? Can you explain more about Shipping Price Policy? Shipping is free for all of our products in Continental USA "Only". (prices do not include shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska). What about shipping delay information?
We are not responsible for UPS / FEDEX and other carrier
delays. What about UPS and Fedex deliveries? Drivers in most cases can pull into your driveway, but will only be responsible for unloading the item off the truck. They do not have permission to enter a home, a backyard, a garage. If you need the product moved elsewhere, please have two strong people to relocate the items. These carriers typically do not call to schedule the delivery time or date. How are the large items delivered? Products (large trampolines) are usually delivered by motor freight (big trucks) and driver will call you for a scheduled approximate delivery time and date. The truck driver will only unload the product at street curb/shoulder, because they can't drive in or back out of a driveway. It is the customers responsibility to carry a product to the back of the home, the garage or closer to the home. If you engage the help of the truck driver to carry this items to anyplace other than the tailgate of the big truck, the driver will send you a bill. If the truck company sends us the bill, this will have to be charged to you. Sorry for this inconvenience. We recommend you have two strong people to meet the driver if you want the items moved. A driver/truck company may charge as little as $35.00 to as much as $50.00 to carry the products. If you do pay the driver in cash or check, PLEASE NOTE that you paid it on both yours and drivers delivery ticket. What should I do if item is damaged, defective or something is missing from package?
PLEASE NOTE:
If you receive any product damaged, you must note it on the freight bill or with
the UPS/FEDEX carrier. Usually nothing is wrong with the product. The box may
just look bad. In the event something is missing, we will be able to take care
of that faster if it is noted on the freight bill. Please email

Are returns accepted and what is the procedure for returning a product?

return authorization.
Product warehouse does not accept shipments that are returned
collect. Returning without authorization may not be accepted in the warehouse
receiving department. Is it safe to have more than one person jumping on trampoline at same time? More than one person jumping on trampoline at same time could lead to injury and should be definitely avoided.
